Work has been kicking my ass ... lost my phone and a ton of "update" pictures.

... but she is almost there !

Wiring is pretty much done ... and hooray! The RFID / Start button system works perfectly!

Just the power steering pump to add and all should be sorted ... but now i need to relocate the fuel pressure regulator :(

Very nice indeed :D

I can imagine all the effort and cost going into your project.

Please, consider to stick with normal exhaust pipe(s) exiting at the back in stead of side pipes

blasting from the side of the vehicle.

Just my piece of worthless personal subjective advice.

You will be pleased to know that I have decided to keep the pipe flow as is with rear exit ... The side pipes just would not work

Engine:

Ford 3.0 Essex v6 (Blue Block)
- Uprated heads (redone)
- .40 thou high compression pistons
- 4 barrel genuine Ford MUSCLE intake
- Holley 390CFM 4 Barrel Carburettor (fully rebuilt)
- Kent V63 Fast Road Cam (276°)
- Aluminium rocker covers
- New lifters
- New springs
- Edelbrock filter and pan
- MSD Streetfire ignition system
- MSD leads
- Bosch Electronic Distributor
- Holley RED electric fuel pump
- Fuel pressure regulator
- New gaskets
- New welsh plugs
- New belts
- New sparkplugs
- New oil filter
- Modified hi torque alternator
- Re-Cored radiator
- 12” push/pull electric fan (on a switch in the dashboard but also connected to the new thermostat)
- Billet thermostat housing
- Double diaphragm brake booster (built by Wingate)
- Custom Brake Pressure Reservoir
- Ford Type 9 5-speed box (fully rebuilt with stronger gears)
- Quaife quick shift gear lever
- New LUK clutch and pressure plate
- NOS TNT Headers (3 into 1)
- 76mm Powerflow full stainless steel exhaust
- Honeywell pressure sensor and ProSport Heat sensor (engine has been tapped to house these sensors to work with the Race technology Dash 2)
- Race Technology DASH 2 Display
- Entire car has been rewired front to back
- New Deep cycle Battery (relocated to the boot)

Steering / Suspension / Brakes

- Rebuilt power steering from Granada mk2,
- Rebuilt steering rack,
- MIishimoto power steering reservoir
- New plumbing
- Rebuilt front and rear suspension
- Polyurethane bushes through out
- New shocks
- New compressed springs
- New front discs with refurbished callipers
- New brake pads
- New well bearings
- Rebuilt and skimmed rear brake drums and new shoes

Interior:

- New Carpets
- Full custom reupholstered seats in the classic LeMans/Porsche Singer style
- Porsche 944 "tombstone" front seats
- New headliner
- New door cards
- New rubbers through out
- Dash refurbished
- MOMO Steering
- Dual USB 5v ports in dash
(Please note that the original VDO gauge cluster has been refurbished and also comes with the car)

Exterior:

- Bare metal refurb of the body
- All rust removed and new sheet metal replaced
- Custom spray paint by Automotive Art / DEKRO (Africa) in Ford Stealth Grey
- Complete chrome delete and all trim powder coated in black
- Rear bumper frenched and smoothed out
- Number plate relocated to bottom left
- New tail light lenses
- Rechromed and refurbished head lights
- LED Bar spotlights
- Daystar Polyurethane Hood Pins
- New wiper blades
- Refurbished wiper arms
